Seasonal Hatha Flow and restorative yoga, somatics, meditation, sound therapy, nervous system regulation and group connection.
90 minutes to strengthen the connection with yourself and your body.
All classes are mixed ability. Beginners are always welcome.
Seasonal flow means pace and level of challenge depends on time of year:
January and September are good times to begin as everyone is getting back into their practice building their energy and strength.
Mid summer and mid winter are slower and more gentle.
March to May and October to mid November are challenging, faster paced classes building strength and vitality..
